Shed-no-more and garden report

Started this project a few weeks back...
it's been slow going due to busy schedules and rainy weather.

 First the roof came down:

 Now we just have a big pile of garbage to slowly get rid of:

 View from upstairs: (we're gaining a ton of yard back here - plus the grass after the make-shift fencing - this whole area was a big, weedy dirt pile when we moved in. I planted the grass last year and did a bunch of weeding. I think its shaping up nicely.

 

This is our garden experiment. Green stuff L to R: lettuce, 1 green bean plant (I peeked and hopefully the rest will come up soon!), garlic (missing so far), and onions. Still to go in: green pepper, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, jalapenos, tomatoes. Yesterday I bought/planted 5 strawberry plants (YUM) and a few herbs (thyme, basil, mint, parsley). Hopefully those thrive as well.
