Progress...

This has been a BUSY summer. What have we been up to since May?

•  Painting the garage (about 65% done - hope to finish this month!)
  
• Cleaning the attic areas (four seperate areas! 3/4 done!):
  

  

  Top-most attic space after cleaning

• Finding serious (and not so serious) treasures in said attics areas:
  

  

  Original owner's expense records, receipts, loan documents, etc from 1951-1956!!

  

  Rescued this from the attic as well!

• Trying to keep up with the garden/yard work and line drying our laundry with our new umbrella-style clothes dryer:
  
• Rewiring some vintage floor lamps (thanks mom!)
  
• And last but not least, getting estimates to replace some of our windows!

PHEW. And it's already September! Time to crunch down and get the outdoor projects done before it turns cold on us...
